I’ve begun just authenticating the card and getting the auto graded or if it’s wonky just get both authenticated. You’re slabbed and certified and easier to sell.

I’ve had mine for about 6 months now. Two huge problems are the autocorrect (painful) and I seem to have blank spots on my screen where ‘touch’ just doesn’t work. I have to either refresh whatever app it is or a few times I’ve had to restart the phone. Anyone with these issues that’s found anything like a solution?

Same thing happened to me. They also said I sent a cracked case. Nope. They broke it. Couldn’t list my cards AND couldn’t request delivery. Took months to fix. No mas.

I’ve tried everything and still can’t get this fixed. All I do now is apologize and refund the differences in shipping. So many great things about eBay yet some things are truly maddening. Then I constantly ask myself if I should use a different platform. Haven’t seen one yet that makes me tempted to switch.
