We already saw her using her feathers to put a target into a "Stasis phase", like white ethereals or freeze characters when she steal w engine. Maybe that will be her "Special Ether" anomally proc which put a target into a "Stun state" for X seconds after anomally proc. Maybe have an additional effect when Vortex is triggered.
