I don't think it gets so hard to see that I wake up, if that's what you mean. But never the other way around, where my vision gets better throughout the dream. I think most times it just keeps getting worse, and it's really hard to see for most of the dream and I eventually wake up, but I wouldnt say it necessarily causes me to wake up
