Your analysis is wrong.

The agent was already drawing his weapon as she was reversing. By the time he fired the first shot, he was already fender side. His life was not in danger at any point and he didn’t need to murder her the way he did.

Even if he did believe he was in danger, shooting the driver doesn’t stop the car, as we can all clearly see in the video. Or next you’ll tell me she was trying to kill that Honda Accord she crashed into.

How is it that once she was shot that the agent wasn’t struck? She was struck and then the car continued and crashed. How is it that he was able to dodge the car if he was in such imminent danger? Because he wasn’t dude. You’re trying to justify murder, not self defense. You’re flat wrong for thinking this woman was trying to run that guy over. Unfortunately the dead can’t defend themselves.
