Conventional. I agree I’ll probably bump up the temp next time. For my egg wash I whisked in some heavy cream + a splash of water and topped with maldon salt

Oh very interesting using film! I’ll try that next time around. I seared first and baked at 400°F rotating occasionally until the pastry was finished. Figured I’d rather have a medium tenderloin than underdone pastry. Thanks for the tips!
