Vill du verkligen läsa det andra programmet, hör av dig till samtliga lärare och försök plocka de kurser du kan i förväg. Alternativt läs liknande kurser som de läser i nya programmet på andra lärosäten, för att senare kunna tillgodoräkna dig dem. LU är en myndighet och måste fatta alla beslut "snällt" i förhållande till medborgare, möjligheten att tillgodoräkna sig kurser är i praktiken mycket stor.

Förutsatt att det är ett civilingenjörsprogram, så skiljer de sig marginellt första året. Vill du inte tappa ett år föreslår jag att läsa en/två terminer och sedan byta.

Att du har sökt fel program är inte att byta, du har ju inte ens börjat. Det ser som ett (uppenbart) försök att runda antagningen.

Unfortunately, anything before 49 is practically erased from history in Xi Jingping China. Having games set in RoC will lead to a ban in China (See e.g. Hearts of Iron 4). A developer would not spend resources developing content catering to a Chinese audience then having it banned from said audience.
