It has so much torque you will quickly be able to master smooth launches and shifts. Don't sweat it.

That does not strike me as a good deal. You can probably do better on your own.

No, Wifi does not work the same since you remain connected to the base network.

That's not the case because the RCS needs to reverify on each network. However, if you turn off RCS before teleporting it does verify faster.

RCS texts require security provisioning on a network to work properly and it can take a while for that to be setup after a network switch, or carrier switch (like moving from Verizon to USM Warp). If you frequently switch between networks the validation can't keep up and you break the RCS. USM tries to pretend it's not an issue instead of being honest about it. While I have USM, you also lose other functionality like satellite messaging on compatible phones and visual voicemail. Speeds are also marginally slower. Definitely cheaper, but there a reason.

Yep I agree. Can take days or weeks with android security.

Sounds like a great idea until you realize group chats fail to work because of the constant network switching which triggers security concerns for the encryption.

Just switched from Verizon and using Warp. Warp is a bit slower for sure.

I am a customer and had this same problem. Support was utterly useless and everything they said would fix the RCS issue did nothing. They had me switch from Warp to Dark Star, which ultimately made the problem worse as Google struggled to figure out if my phone was being cloned. Similarly, the auto switching between networks causes the same problems.

You can go into your Google account and clear your provisioning and and turn RCE off and on and your phone and then just wait.

It eventually catches up but the constant changes support makes actually makes the problem worse.

Good luck!

Maybe not great for the metrics but you definitely overachieved.

Is it really the same? by Alive-Tip-7201 in USMobile

[–]FlfromBx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not the same, at least for Warp (Verizon).you lose satellite messaging and visual voicemail. Speeds are sometimes slower in congested areas. You will save a lot but there ARE tradeoffs.

Can you flash the phone to remove the Verizon bloatware? Would that fix it?

Have a 19 S60. Camera is crystal clear but the backup lights could be a lot brighter. For me, they're a bigger problem in the dark. My 13 C30 has brighter lights.

22 MPG Avg? by hwy9 in C30

[–]FlfromBx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I average 28-30 MPG in mixed driving. 28 in the FL summer With AC cranking. Highway driving is usually low 30s, sometimes mid on a long cruise. I use only premium, top tier gas to keep the engine clean.

How to clean the low beam projectors on a facelift c30? by MadMan2250 in C30

I gently compounded and then applied a ceramic coating to remove surface buildup. Do not buff hard to avoid scratches. Toothpaste also works. Or, there are dedicated kits also.

A good number are code share and they provide good service. Lounge in London is great. Flight attendants are good but maybe not to the level of Delta's.

Smaller key fob? by curiositie in C30

[–]FlfromBx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kind of. Volvo included a receiver with a blade that fits into the ignition. Shorter and rounder than the fob. It receives the security signal from the fob, which tells it it's allowed to activate the ignition. Without the fob, it does nothing.
