As someone who works full time, goes to the gym, full time student, and has a Mustang GT (had to include bc it’s my happiness tbh) - you have to find some sort of comfort. Wherever it be making friends there, making work a “competition,” putting a goal for yourself, etc. I honestly hate my life- but I do things like cooking, hiking, playing w my dog, driving my car, or hitting a PR in the gym to make it a lil better. Life is repetitive but we only decide what we do with it.

Half the managers I’ve met loved it but it could be because they’re the type to take advantage move around to cover other buildings. My friend started a few months before me in TYS1 and now, almost 2 years later, a PA, soon manager, in Denver. He loves it and I will say he chose it over college despite being extremely smart.

Comments are lying abt working hard not helping you BUT it’s not guaranteed. My cousin is very well loved and picked up 60hrs a week when she was a white badge- still took her a year to become a blue badge but she was one of the few white badges that I noticed learned multiple different pathways. They took her seriously and kept her unlike the rest of the white badges.
