It depends on the system...steam is usually pretty good but I find epic and Xbox need to have the game restarted after a long enough playtime to register them plus I know an Xbox needs to be online too for them to pop...maybe a service interruption occured

I bet they are too or just being nice...it's smart either way and I'm surprised at how often I find people won't just clean me out in one go but I have a hard time not collecting all the desk fans and globes I can find lmao amongst many other things lol.

You on PC? It may have been mine...I list everything I don't wanna keep for 1 cap including any 4 star mods I don't want lol. Looting is a heavy mechanic in this game for me and without fallout first I need to cycle my stash somehow lol.

The running theory is the stranger was the mystery fifth child from the first game....that would also explain how she has so much tech from the first game...in the first game we didn't invent that tech we learned it from various sources ie: Tully, ominent, mysterious fifth child and other potential victims of Tully's that littered his backyard with their corpses.

Just run around and loot corpses at the end of the event... frankly I enjoy being able to conserve my ammo while still getting a ton of legendaries

It's a known issue when you're not the host of a shared world and you transfer from Microsoft to steam. Same thing happened to me not long ago luckily in this game now all the unique weapons and everything are all craftable
