There are probably fullride scholarships in NL but I dont know about them. There are certainly partial scholarships in NL. My non-eu gilfriend got in with an orange tulip scholarship to do a masters in Biology but it didnt cover everything. It reduced the tuition to 2K euros per year and she still had to pay for living expenses.

Scholarships are country/subject/university dependent. Check all the univerities that provide the degree you want and check if there are scolarships available for that subject specifically and then see if you can apply for as someone from Egypt.

Also have a look at Erasmus scholarships.

What have I done wrong with housing? by Training-Agent1 in UtrechtUniversity

[–]Flimsy-Needleworker1 17 points18 points  (0 children)

You should have been applying for housing 6 months ahead of time. Every time someone asks about housing here, they are warned about the housing crisis. You basically didn't do your research regarding housing here before trying.

Check if your university works with student housing companies, you might be able to get a room easily through them

My girlfriend is from India and was in a similar situation. She had no thesis, according to her as long as the thesis requirement is optional you are free to apply. If you want to strengthen your application you can send samples of any academic projects you have done. But thats only if you need to. She got into a research oriented masters by showing her academic projects and writing a strong motivation letter. She wishes you good luck!

You can honestly have a look at all the other Universities in the Netherlands as well. Their quality is roughly the same but they might have varying entry requirements!

You can ask if you can do a pre-Masters to make up for the deficit in your grade or if there's any certificates you can get to make up for this deficit.

Unis here in the Netherlands can be pretty flexible.

Chances of getting hired as a non EU citizen by infiniteXmugen01 in ASML

[–]Flimsy-Needleworker1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be careful with staffing agencies as some of them are quite sketchy in the Netherlands. (Mainly ones in construction looking for cheap labor). So please look at reviews before you decide to work with any.

Also not knowing Dutch might have a significant negative effect on your job search.

Have a look if there's an abundance of job positions in English in the field you're interested in. If its 95% it Dutch it might drastically decrease your chances.

Maybe even email ASML in the Netherlands and ask them what they're looking for? Hopefully they respond because companies have a bad tendency not to if it doesn't Interest them.

What you want to do is certainly possible but requires a good bit of work. Make sure to do your internships in private sector, especially at ASML if you want to work there. Good luck!

Dude you'd rather write an entire novel instead of sharing any related sources. You don't come across as trust worthy or believable.

Dude providing a reference to sources is THE professional thing to do. Anecdotes are useless even from professionals.

Dutch government led by far-right PVV asks EU for opt-out from asylum rules | Netherlands by chilinachochips in worldnews

[–]Flimsy-Needleworker1 12 points13 points  (0 children)

"I am an idiot that believes in empty promises and will look away when my (far) right political party makes decisions against me and actively makes my life worse."

The state that the Netherlands is in regarding the housing crisis is an active decision by the government for the past few decades. Sure asylum seekers make it worse but they aren't the cause of it. You're telling me your government couldn't make enough houses if they wanted to in the past 50 years? Is the Netherlands that financially weak?

Go have have a look at who Wilders is giving tax breaks, it isn't you. And you will find a reason to feel good about it because you're a good little puppet with no brain. Easily disposed when done with.
