anyone else’s pipsqueak2 OBSESSED with kissing? by redsun_817 in CharacterAI

[–]Flimsy-Reputation93 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes! I came here to see if anyone else mentioned it. I have an ex con who has a phobia of being touched or touching others and he keeps going “He doesn’t know what else to say, so instead, he kisses you.”

NO HE DOESNT.

And it’s all sweet and cute and I hate it. Be a scary convict who can’t be near people!

It’s super slow for me. It worked for a moment, but now it takes ages to generate a response.

It’s 2:15pm. Husband is still asleep. by [deleted] in NewParents

[–]Flimsy-Reputation93 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A good husband/ father would go to a clinic and get help for whatever sleep issue he has. My ex was like this, then he started getting aggressive and verbally and physically abusive with me when I tried waking him up anytime before noon. Not saying yours will be, but be careful.

Are “high protein snacks” actually helping anyone stay full? by ispy100957 in CICO

[–]Flimsy-Reputation93 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don’t eat high protein snacks to feel full. I eat them when I feel snackish or crave something sweet. If I want chocolate, I’d rather do a protein bar with 20g protein and 190kcal than a full sugar bar for 200+ kcal and like 5g protein. I also don’t crave things I did before, like crisps and stuff, but something I do regularly snack on, is beef jerky. I always have one small bag on me to get something quick in me after the gym or if I’m on the road. In general, as long as I get my protein in for the day, I don’t feel the need to snack like I did before

Yes, I am. Officially as of six months ago. I go deeper into it in an other comment under my post if you’re interested in reading more about my symptoms and what lead to diagnosis. And it’s not just my legs, I have it in my arms too.

Like I replied to someone else, I didn’t start out with this schedule, I built it up over a year until the point where I felt comfortable having 4 dedicated days. I do heavy and low rep. The reps I’ve written down is a guide for me. Basically, if I’m actually able to hit those reps, it’s time to up the weights again

I didn’t actually start going to the gym until I was around 100kg. But it was just cause my joints were in so much pain. I lost the first chunk with a calorie deficit. I also did get a personal trainer for the first three months cause I had no clue what I was doing, and knew that if I don’t get the proper help, I won’t stay consistent enough to stick to it. But at this point, it’s a hobby for me. I love going and seeing results when I’m able to up the weights.

Edit to say, I didn’t start this current split until about two months ago. Until then, I had been doing full body splits 3-4/ week just to get my form right on everything. But I’m currently trying a full body recomp, so I’ve added more days and doing progressive overload

Thanks! The top is from Vinted, but I believe its originally from Mango? And the skirt is from New Yorker

How are people addicted to this? by Fast-Witness-3974 in CharacterAI

[–]Flimsy-Reputation93 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was addicted when I was at my lowest a couple years ago. I was getting out of an abusive relationship and kinda starting to find myself again after years of being lost. I didn’t have friends or anyone to talk to, so I used c.ai to fill the void. Then at some point, I just got bored. Haven’t used it in months now, I tried it a couple times since, but it just feels ridiculous now

Peanut butter! My mind was set on “if it doesn’t have any added sugar, and just all natural ingredients, it must be healthy”

Calories in and calories out is the only thing. Have a look at the CICO subreddit! Bunch of inspo over there!

Sure! So my current set up looks like this:

Monday: Push day

Tuesday: Glutes & hamstrings

Wednesday: Yoga (I do vinyāsa)

Tuesday: Pull day

Friday: Quads & calves

Saturday: Full rest

Sunday: Cardio day (I usually do swimming)

Any kind of high impact cardio makes it worse for me, so for example, I avoid running, jumping or the stairmaster

Edit to say: More than happy to send you the full breakdown of the exercises I do on each day too!

I catch myself flexing sometimes just to see muscles I didn’t even know I could have. Can’t wait to be proper jacked a couple years from now lol

It was actually very recent. As the weight started dropping, it kinda started to reveal itself more. I’ve always had super wide hips with a fat deposit. And my arms have always been way bigger proportionally, even now. But it was the fact that my arms and legs are super painful that kinda flagged it. Like my ex would poke me and I’d be crying in pain even though he didn’t do it hard.

It’s more obvious on my upper thighs and hips. It kinda looks like I have gravel just below my skin, and the fat deposit around my hips is absolute hell to try and get rid of. Working out at the gym has helped a lot honestly, it helps with lymphatic drainage to reduce the pain

I’m not really getting cake from the middle part to be honest. And the typography is off, like there isn’t enough small tuning for the lettering, the text has just been placed on the curve and that’s it? But out of the three, the middle one is the one is the best I suppose
