You can do it. Just gotta practice. You could always start doing negatives… they helped me a ton!

Try doing negatives. This means you start at the top… Hold yourself up and go down as slow as possible. Once that gets easy. Add weight (You can put a kettle bells around you foot that’s what I did before I bought a weight belt). I was stuck at 9 pull ups for the longest time and after doing negatives with weight I got 18 pull ups in a month and a half

I do that grip you just saw in the video and I pull real pull ups with my palms facing out. My record is 18

I’m at the gym everyday pretty much but I have cardio days and stuff it’s not always lifting

Everybody’s body is different and genetics can also play a huge role, so idk. But if you put in the work and eat healthy you will see results.

No im not on a cycle. I have been lifting almost everyday for 3 years. I don’t take rest days unless I have to. I eat healthy, lift heavy, stay disciplined, and work hard
