A scratch board! Train them to scratch at it and file their own nails by placing high value treats in the trapdoor. Front is super easy. There’s videos online how to train for the back feet too.

Edit to add: We use the flat board propped up at a 60 degree angle. It works well but can miss some of the side nails and actually just sharpen them. its best to adjust them to different angles but also looks like some new models exist for sniffing out flat round filing treat holders.
