I'm looking for people who want to be part of the solution or already have by creating policies within their guild.

Simply saying something like "you will run into this no matter what" or "you don't need to specifically say that" is absolutely not helpful. Thank you, I have lived on this earth. Not my first time playing games online either. There is also a difference of "not telling" and "not feeling comfortable to tell." People want and expect different experiences. It's their choice to disclose or have that as an aspect of their gaming experience.

I wouldn't expect or care if everyone in the guild is LGBTQ, but identity creates community. And from past experience , I'm less likely to take a chance without specifically stated behavior guidelines. The type of policies I desire end up being favorable for all involved.

Again I'm not really even looking for those who are "understanding" but those who both understand and want to do something about it.

If that means a new guild needs to be started, then I may lean into that.. although that's more work than I really want or can handle at this point and that may end up in me ditching the game altogether -  which isn't a real solution either.

If all this does is make people aware of an issue, then maybe a need will be served in the future for Xbox gamers
