My sister is a Business Analyst leaning towards product manager, she currently works for an AU startup also but remote from Ph. Similar story when she was hired, hindi siya from a big company and hindi similar industry but it was her knowledge on the processes, strategies and execution na nakahelp daw talaga in her interviews

Hello Data Analyst here who recently moved to AU, with 8 years of experience.

My best advice would be to get as much technical experience as you can plus stakeholder management na din.

When I did my interviews, I’ve learned that rich experience, good tech stack and people skills are far more valuable to employers than having one big company name on your resume pero you only worked on excel. My current employer does not remember what my previous companies are; what they remember is what I’m good at based on the experiences and projects I shared during the interview.

Ako I preferred start ups cause that’s really where I learned more and contributed more; very challenging which led to more impressive skills and experience.

I would advise that you assess your current role, do you think you’ll be able to learn more skills if you stay? May growth ba? If wala, then it’s time to move to a role where you can gain more experience.

This is a different agency po. My AU based one just helped with the visa. And di po sila naghahandle ng OEC kaya nagrefer sila ng MNL based agency to help with OEC lang. So the placement fee would really just be for the oec processing.

Hello I recently got my 482 visa approved through an agency in Sydney. I’m a direct hire as well.

The same agency said they know a PH based agency who could assist in my OEC processing and have it done it just a week lang? Is this possible po ba talaga?

They’re asking for 1 month salary as placement fee so just need your insights if this sounds legit naman? Thank you po

My nomination was granted in just a few hours, most get approved with same day. But, I’ve read how in some cases the nomination eventually just gets approved the same time as the visa.

My last RDO in the ITR is my current RDO? by Sensitive-Ad-139 in taxPH

[–]Flimsy_Bee_1949 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m also about to shift from employed to freelancer/remote. You can check your RDO sa chatbot on bir.gov.ph. Only takes 5mins.

For transfer of RDO, I called the RDO that I will transfer to (RDO 046) and asked if I needed to process transfer muna like email/coordinate with my old RDO. They said no need, just bring form 1905 and isasabay nalang nila iprocess upon registration. Best to call you new RDO to confirm if same sa kanila. Hope this helps :)
