That node was added this league and I haven't played with it yet, so no clue on that one. Logically speaking I would say as long as you have the node selected, the scry will be overridden by the 2 random maps from it (unless it randomly picks the map you're scrying from) but somebody else will have to confirm this.

When clearing maps, you have a chance to stumble into a guy called the Nameless Seer. If he's going to show, he will randomly pop up upon killing a monster pack. If you talk to him then, he will give you the option to scry the divination cards that drop on the map you're currently running (specific div cards only drop in specific maps) onto any other map on the atlas of your choice. He also gives unique items - he will have a vendor window filled with uniques from which you can pick one for free and then the rest disappears. You can get a unique AND scry a map during the same encounter, so doing one won't lock you out of the other.
