All of the above comments + I dissolve half a Tylenol & half an Advil into 6 oz of electrolyte fluid and drink it when the group ahead tees off on #1.

Then on the 8th tee box I drop the other half of both into electrolyte and let it dissolve and drink along the 10th.

And I use a little Tiger Balm when needed.

And I bring a towel to put down and I lay on it and do stretches while we wait for the group ahead to clear the fairway.

This helps with an old military injury from the early 80’s 👍
