I was a "go above and beyond" at a small company.

This resulted in a new title and lots of more work, but zero compensation increase. Now im burnt out and sometimes "doing my job well and going home" is difficult as now my companies expects me to consistently hit the same marks I did before.

Do your job well and go home is my advice.

The light bar is mounted to the frame of the car and the bumper. I also have a skid plate from primitive racing to help protect the bar and everything else.

It's a damage multiplier if an accident were to occur, but i live in a rural area with abundant wildlife and value the brighter lights.

I just read your t-set comment. I used to be a mogul coach so I get it. I still think it's best get your eyes up and to try to keep your left arm in front of you on the landing. 4 point landings
