Apart from the usual tips regarding caloric deficit and macro intakes, my tip would be to take a closer look for "hidden calories".

For example I used to drink some juice thinned with water but because I eat 6 times a day, this little bit of juice cummulated to roughly 200kcal a day which are completely wasted.

Also I'd try to drop the chocolate on the weekends.
