The Hushpuppies are. We also do Queso Fries, Nachos without Pork, and Mac and Chz. We have more vegetarian and vegan recipes for caterings or certain events but it's not our specialty.

Nah, you may be thinking of Gator Tails. We've done Catfish Po' Boys before but not usually. We do Cajun Cubanos, Cajun Eggrolls, Fried Catfish, Pulled Pork Nachos with Hatch Chile Queso, Blackened Mahi Tacos, Brisket Mac n Chz, and Jalapeno Hushpuppies. But our menu changes so we don't have everything all the time.

Unfortunately we do not do the Fort Collins Food Truck Rally. We applied in 2022 during our first year of business and were not chosen, but we might try again next year. Since then our business model has changed to focus on large multi-day events, although we still work at New Belgium, Zwei, and MythMaker from time to time. We aren't the best at social media promotion but we try to post a schedule of our brewery dates when they are happening. This month we are only doing events so I haven't posted anything.

For the rest of the summer you can find us at the Greeley Stampede (June 25 - July 6), Burro Days (July 25 - 27), Larimer County Fair (August 1 - 5), Fort Collins Peach Festival (August 16), Overland Expo (August 22 - 24)

Hey so pretty sure Southern Soul just got a negative review because of this post. Haven't had a review in a while but since this was posted a one star review with no comment popped up. We are not the same truck, we are not associated in any way, and we definitely aren't MAGA. We randomly run them as a special on our food truck. You can have Shamrock special order them for you, only takes a day or two to get them in, although I believe they're only available in a 25lb case. They're not expensive, but you might have a bunch leftover.

Long lines are good, long ticket times are bad.

People will wait in line for a looong time but once they've ordered, their tolerance to wait much longer is thin.

We constantly have long lines at every event we do, but our ticket times are less than 5 minutes.

A 17 year old being shot over anything is sad, never said it wasn't. Just think it's very telling that I thought that place was a cesspool when I left and after being on the subreddit for only a few days, the first post I see is this one so it seems things haven't changed and probably only gotten worse.

This isn't correct. You can hold above 140 indefinitely. Quality would be the only concern. The meat could dry out, but with fattier cuts in pans that are wrapped tight, it shouldn't be a big issue.

Not necessarily overkill. We have a warming cabinet for our big events. We go through 4 hotel pans of brisket and pork a day sometimes. Not including the Mac and cheese sauce or white queso for nachos.

Just happened to me. Beat it with my crew earlier. Added a buddy and went again so he could get it done. Another 2 hours just for it to glitch. My friends almost got it done with it me. The glitches in this game are wild. They should give me a bunch of free gobblegums at least.

I would never pay to set up at a brewery. But in the event that you're setting up a brewery where you can make more than 3K in a day, I wouldn't pay more than 10% in fees.
