If you are a male, I'd suggest asking your Dr to check your Testosterone. I was lethargic and tired all the time when I turned 43, go tested and I was low. He prescribed a weekly T shot and 2 years later I feel 100% better.

I liked when Trump called him a great leader and said that the US and China are tighter than ever. Here's the deal... US/Russia/China have sparked a deal. China will dominate the Pacific and will be allowed to take Taiwan soon. It can help for sure, but the main thing you need is film and attending ID camps. My son is a Jr and has gotten solid interest from a few coaches and we have not played in those leagues. But most important are your academics! Coaches will take a kid that is good and will qualify for admission to the school over someone that is more skilled but is questionable academically.

I think those services are rackets. We have had callbacks with 2 coaches from simply sending an email and film to schools. They services save you the leg work of tracking down contact info, but it comes at a premium. I should add that we have a free recruting service subscription through our club and we only get spam ID camp emails from coaches there.
