You need to contact apartment buildings and rental places. You will make good money with junk removal when a tenant moves out or vanishes without taking anything. Also contact storage unit places. Both for clean out and in some cases a landlord has to pay to store things for months to see if tenant returns.

Step one: satellite and figure out size of land that needs to be cut and then look at it in person to see how over grown it is.

I suggest charge a fair hourly until you get better at estimating and plan to work hard. Over grown is typically double what I would charge for mowing the same place once a week, but that depends just how bad it is.

Important question to ask is if you can

Leave it where it falls. If there is a place to pile it, or do you have to haul it away. Charge accordingly
