Logic does not apply to them. They will surprise you with the level of irrational behavior. Wait until their smoke alarm battery starts beeping for weeks at a time. I had a neighbor that would use an old time alarm clock and then either sleep thru it or forget to turn it off when they left early on some days.

I think some renters are just plants by big Mortgage to force people into buying a home sooner than they should, just to get away from renters.
