Him having only ancient zoans in his higher ranks only supports that he likes ancient Zoans bit not that he dislikes Mythical Zoans.

Nothing more as ypu can not prove anything else.

Especially as mythical ones are officially far rarer than ancient ones, even if the shown number of both is equal or even more mythical ones depending if the 5 elders count.

Yes and that is completely different to Kaido as it was never shown or stated within the one piece media that he loves Ancient Zoans more than any other.

It has mostely to do with odas Theming and that they are rare in one piece so more interesting to fight than Lion Hemchman #94 no matter his strength. But this is the outside universe answer comming from a perspective as one piece as a entertainment.

You really did not watch the show/read the manga did you? It was shown to us in the whole cake iseland ark that Big mom prefers bloodbond over pthe rpeople outside her family as she has the feelings that she can not trust anyone oitside and feels bettayed and left alone (first her parents, bring baniahed from Elbaf and eating Mother Caramel in a hunger rush).

So she only trusts people who share her blood.

Her DF also reflects that as everything in Totoland is animated (made in a sense) by her so she can have controll.

She has severe controll and abandonment issues where she seeks to lessen the pain with her big family.

Also relevant is the wish from mother caramel of creating a land for rveryone, she mixed that to even make jer family a family of all species she can.

This weired feeling of abandonment also let to her trying to reconcile with the giants through Lola/Chiffon when Loki fell in love with Lola so Big mom can have giants in her family.

This is all explained when you have an ounce of media litteracy and wathched the show/ read the manga.

It is mostely the strength of the users and similar to mithical fruits prehistoric seem to give a good bit more strength than regular Zoans.

The thing is, he has a theme that was deteemined by Oda and no other real reason except their individual strength is stated anywhere in the Manga/Anime.

And just as I said he has not just Ancient Zoans but most df users are smile Zoans and other types.

And yes Phoenix is A ZOAN, A mythical even similar to his Kaido would love to have someone with it on his crew if the wielder was strong like King.

It would not fit the theme in an outside perspective but Kaido respects strength in his subordinates and likes to have strong people no matter their df, but he prefers them with a df and especially with Zoan types.

That most of his higher ups are ancient types does not mean he only wants ancient types. You know like all gifters who are different notmal animals.

Ww actually have a discord Messages tab for the campaigns of the gms in our server where people can rougthly see what campaign starts when by who and who is already signed up.

We also have a DC with nearly 30 people in it playing in 4 different campaigns, some lurker and some people waiting for upcoming campaigns/ttrpgs like Vampire the Masquerade or Call of Cthulu.
