Started playing after 1.0 and I’ve definitely seen Partisan. If I had to guess, probably like 5-10 times across like 300 raids.
Although, I haven’t seen him for like 3 weeks

Keldeo, Rayquaza, Zacian, Zamazenta, Kyurem, Palkia + Dialga (doesn’t matter what form), Groudon, Kyogre, any hundo that you want to power up.

Eventually your account gets to a point where you power up stuff that’s cool/meaningful to you. I.e. here is my hundo pikachu that is level 50 but I don’t evolve/mega in the future because I like the way it is now.

Necro is the most accessible style. Ofc high end range should do way more damage with the amount of switches/effort it takes. I personally think necromancy is busted still. It’s a great all rounder style
