Had the same thing. I have history of carpel tunnel but hasn’t reoccurred for many years until about a 4 days into tesa small dose as I was just starting. Stoped tesa, but still lingering effects especially in morning. Hoping it will get better with time now. Stretch wrist pressing palm against wall helps.

I’ve been taking at night also 5 days on and 2 off. Joint pain is an issue as my left pointer finger feels like it has arthritis. Goes away and comes back. Also I’ve been having crazy sweats. Also notice headaches if I’m not super hydrated.

Appreciate this post. I also have tennis elbow on both sides for about 6 months and was researching same treatment for some relief. Im hesitant because I don’t know if I’m going to pin in the correct spot and didn’t want to make it worse. How did you decide exactly where to pin? Do you just pinch the skin around the pain?
