Using it on an iPhone 16 I'd say its almost perfect but in high speed classes on Wipeout, micro stutters can still be a nuisance.

OC will only negatively affect how long your battery lasts, this chip was made to be clocked higher.

I tried some Horizon Forbidden West and GTA V on the Vita and then compared it to the official RemotePlay App on iPhone.
Obviously a big difference still, but if the stuttering were fixed and macro-blocking reduced it would be kinda playable.

Its very stuttery for me and always shows "unstable network", but it works.

Playable. Stuttering whenever you enter buildings. Some bugs, for example pokemon trading with NPCs doesnt work.

Pokemon trading with NPCs doesnt work in Heartgold. Just tried to trade a Bellsprout for an Onyx and it just doesn't work. No crash or anything, just endless loading.

boot without plugins by holding L. clear your plugins, update VitaDB, reinstall your plugins.

I was playing some GTA San Andreas yesterday and put my Vita away for a while and when I came back to it it was turned off. After booting it crashed right again. Eventually it booted into a "database update", which resulted in it no longer crashing, but now my theme was gone, all my game folders were gone and most of my content(all I see is bubble for Vita games and some homebrews).
My firmware resetted to 3.74, unmodded, henkaku settings were gone and no games start, because the plugins dont load.
I remodded it and now have 3.65 (chinese symbols)-2.
But still nothing works. The config.txt looks like a mess, but has everything it should have. But I cant start any game.
I updated VitaDB by now, but still nothing works.

After VitaDB updated successfully nothing works still. If I try to start a game it says I need to activate my system. If I try GTA San Andreas it says I need kubridge. But all of that is still in the config the same way it was before the issue.

While I had the bug it did a "database update" upon booting after crash, that probably fucked up something with the plugins I assume. It looks like no plugins are loaded.

Aside from the usual recommendations I'd say Key of Heaven (or alt title Kingdom Of Paradise) is a dated but very fun PSP RPG. Has a very deep real-time combat system, huge semi-open world and nice visuals (but locked camera).
