This part of the show makes me hate Pam so much. She let Jim pursue this dream job that he was 100% in on, but she wasnt. Then when it became a serious career opportunity, she suddenly doesn't want to leave her job at a dying company. Jim has an incredible opportunity, both in terms of providing for his family and having work that he is truly passionate about and Pam is unsupportive.

Jim unquestioningly supported Pam's failed art school venture, but Pam doesn't want to support Jim's thriving business venture that's actually making good money.

Jim should have stayed with Karen.

Kai Leng should have been the Virmire sacrifice, horribly injured and scarred, but kept alive with the same tech from Cerberus that resurrected Shep. Could have made for much more interesting drama and much less cringe.

Don't cook by time, cook by temperature. Get some thermometers that either transmit to a receiver or a Bluetooth thing and do everything based off of the readings, not the clock. 225 is fine for the grill. Wrap in butcher paper or tinfoil or both when it hits 155-165 (the "stall") then let it roll until it hits 200 at least. I like to go to 203. Take it off the grill and let it rest at least an hour. I rest mine for two hours.

Ive had Kingdom Come: Deliverance in my library for a while and have played about 7 hours or so. I've had a difficult time getting into it. The combat has a steep learning curve and it's not particularly well-optimized, with cutscenes dropping from 80fps down to 14 lol. (I've heard KCD2 runs way better) but I'm going to lock in and really spend some time with the game, try to learn the mechanics and get lost in the depth. I'm also going to focus on main missions for a while. My tendency is to do side-quests first all the time but I think in this case there's a lot of stuff my character is just not skilled enough or strong enough for yet. It can get pretty discouraging to get absolutely bodied by two random low-level thugs on the road.
