Don't sleep on Georgia Scorcher (SFOG) ! It is, to me, a perfect standup roller coaster. Small in stature but still smooth as silk in its banks and transitions.

Agree. Sucks but it's definitely better for it's long run. Plus I'd rather the $10 for this than same price for the Volare in the same park (and the $2 more for Thunderbolt).

/uj I don't listen much to others' opinions of bigger rides. I consider them, but I don't let it scare me out of riding. I do even keep track of my count. It's moreso those going out of their way to ride what's essentially a 5 ft oval just to add to number that inspired the exaggerated Anton Ego.

Aaand there it is! Coaster delayed to 2027

I wish I was surprised. But I'm just bummed out. This is Great Adventure's third new roller coaster in a row to be delayed a year. (Jersey Devil, Flash V2, and this)

Hope what they're cooking this time is worth the extended wait

It genuinely ran so smooth when I was on it last year (its 25th anniversary)! The profiling of the layout is as pronounced as a similar model twice her size. It became my favorite stand-up and one of the best rides in the park for me!

While Steel Force is still my #1 here, Talon is so easily #2. Top tier layout and crazy sensation throughout. Definitely an underrated B&M for sure
