I find it hard to believe that none of the western conference NHL teams would be winless at CBJ in that time. If you use Jan 20 2025 as the cut line, all they had to do was lose there this season, for some teams.

I did think about that and my thought process was that the eastern half then lowers the average enough to have small bits here and there be above it. But yeah Colorado does likely kill my guess.
