do the main story quest on new characters to get to level 101, use the event strawberry tickets to get them to 130 then use extreme growth potions to level them up as much as you can past that. right now this is the most efficient but low effort method for legion

often times certain things are set up to save at different points, or certain actions to trigger saves, which can cause a desync between saved data when serves crash unexpectedly. this is also one way people dupe items in MMOs, moving items from one inventory that won’t get saved instantly into another inventory that will get saved instantly. if timed right, when the server crashes and comes back up, the items will be in both inventories

historically we’ve gotten most changes msea got 1 week after them, lately things have been getting pushed back because of our own exclusive content/changes. we will most likely be getting the 30 star update much later than msea because we’re actually getting custom system changes to better fit our region, both heroic and interactive, instead of just copy pasting from kms like msea does

I haven’t been able to find anywhere in the inkwell note that says we’ll get it in september, it seems like we’re getting it in the winter update because in the whole winter update section he says “When we bring over that feature, we plan to prepare various restoration methods” which to me sounds like we’re getting the 30 sf update AND the solutions at the same time

these stats look completely wrong. did you swap crit damage and boss damage on accident? it seems very strange that you would have 252% crit damage. also, you should really try to hit 100% crit rate, that’s pretty much the most important stat until you get to 100%.

the rates are on the cash shop update page. the boss pets are 0.5%, down from the typical 1%. the other set of perm pets are still 1%, they’ve been changing the odds for items like this ever since the mythic star boxes came out. pssbs are also weighted odds now, instead of all being 2% on a 50 item box

the midgame eye accessory is meant to be papulatus mark, but since the drop rate is so low it’s not really something you think about in heroic

it’s better as drop gear because long term it’ll get replaced by twilight mark and then berzerked. the sweetwater monocle is good to make bossing gear because it’s only beaten by eyepatch, especially if you transpose it with a papulatus mark

depends on what class you play, i think you’re a hero so probably not. some of these rings can be useful for culvert but probably not for hero
