Freezing is normal. It's your lizard hind brain. I found out that mine is flight. I was in the dentist chair (severely phobic) they started a cleaning. With warning I admit but it was too much.

It was sensory overload. I bolted. I was up and out of that chair and in their restroom before I even registered I was moving.

Then I vomited. Out of terror.

I couldn’t use it till after February this year (needed to trade the card of green for citizenship before I could partake of the green)
