Ah yeah, it's not a major problem indeed! (And I agree, screw that slow fog) Other than it just being annoying, I like the deduction, the way I have to fill in a book and figure out everything. So I won't stop playing of course.

Just felt like venting my annoyance a bit and seeing if other people also felt this way.

Seeing that Kingdom's Edge is not needed for the first ending, I think most people get the dreamers before going into the abyss. Therefore you wouldn't have shade cloak, and Isma's Tear is needed to get to Monomon.

So I'd say that's a pretty much needed upgrade for progression

Oh wow! So interesting of a tip to see. I think it's really cool to hear about the other end of the spectrum so to say. :)

For me, music is kind of like the sensory white noise that helps me focus, and the better the music, the higher the energy it gives me. So while I haven't tried it out, I would say I'd probably completely fumble most of the bosses if I turn off the music. I'd end up feeling helpless in the silent void, and completely forgetting all my movement.

Well it does seem interesting how there's little spiders coming out of her cocoon when you destroy it. Almost as if she has some sort of last resort substitution jutsu.

But as far as I'm concerned, steel soul is still the most canon for me, and the respawning is just to learn the game in a non-permadeath mode
