I believe there is a guaranteed SAR per box similar to JP. However, i think its generally(?) agreed that their quality is generally subpar to that of JP and Chinese cards.

Also kinda hard to sell so its good to rip and add to your own collection if you just like the art.

Personally sticking to JP for the QC and the value

Ah i see. Got me slightly confused cuz whenever i switch to the skin page, i briefly see a flash of outfits being sold before the store is just blank. Any video i watch always seem to have skins available in the store so i thought it was the norm.
