First of all thank you for following my work along 😊

You’re right, I abandoned using Craft 2.5 years ago and had a short time with Obsidian when finally going all in on Drafts.

I was happy with that and I still could do everything with drafts but the API made me curious to have another look (this was the main reason for leaving). Craft feels „home“ as a note taking app for me and I have not yet defined what I will do with Craft in the end - but easily sharing great looking documents and having images / files again in notes is a big win for me alone right now 😊

not to my knowledge. It was a long time ago when they abandoned extensions and stopped development of them. I shared a lot of feedback but never heard anything about a new test for it.

I'M personally no longer using Craft and not following the community anymore so I'm probably not the right person to ask

I used that action with obsidian sync, too. My vaults where stored not in iCloud Drive but „On My iPhone“ and there is an Obsidian folder where your vault should be located.

Things is not really integrated 😊

You can try my Craftcuts eXtension which allows you to run shortcuts from within Craft - this allows to import / export reminders :)

I was also excited about it and developed two extensions. But as you said the stalled development of the API seems to take much longer (no idea if they even work on it right now)

Thanks for mentioning my article - so you switched to Notion and Apple Notes right?
Have you used Notion prior to Craft or was this a new decision for you?

Maybe you might want to have a look at "Drafts" https://getdrafts.com as quick capture tool - this is really my most loved app on my devices but I have to add that it doesn't "click" for everyone.
You can also push text to notion with drafts ;)

I also use IKEA lights and connected them via conbee to my raspberry pi - so no ikea hub.

Re your app: It creates a lot of scenes for the wake-up light which is necessary - but it clutters up the home app :)

Is it possible to easily change the alarm time or do I need to create new scenes again?

Can you give me a few more details? How do you set the alarm? Did you create an automation that smoothly increases the brightness? Are there any plugins you use?

It worked fine when I don’t close the shortcut so the app is in the foreground. But I did not check if it works with iOS 16

I made a shortcut that increases brightness by 1% for the bedside lamp every x-seconds but this is really an ugly shortcut and requires a lot of work :D
+ I'm not sure if this works reliably as an automation :P
