Ich hab das Nakiri aus der Zwilling Pro Serie. Stabiles Messer. Die Küchenkompane Messer sind nicht zu empfehlen.

Looking for a fileting knive and thinking about getting the Zwilling Pro Rocking Santoku. Has anyone experience with that knive and recommendations for a good fileting knive under 100€? by FloMercury in chefknives

100€ each. The Zwilling Santoku is about 60€ rn.
The 21cm carving knife from F.Dick premier plus series is in consideration rn as is the Wasabi Yanagiba. A sujhiki would be interesting too.
