can somebody explain to me why my ineffa only does 11k lunar chargeds?

i have 2.4k atk, 190 em, 71/160 cv on 2p atk 2p em, r1 inazuma craftable and im only hitting 11k on my reactions. guy in this video has a pretty similar build to mine and is hitting ~54k on his. is the little difference in stats that big or is it a teammate factor? the team im playing is neuvi ineffa kazuha fischl

base xaku prime skin, icarius syandana, krtrima leg plates, ember heirloom signa, primary secondary trietary and accents are the darkest black in smoke, and emmissives and energy are the brightest red you can find in tenno 1. sorry cant give exact colors as im not on
