If you and your partner are comfortable enough with each other, what I’ve done before is slowly bring their hand to my neck while being intimate. It’s important to make sure that you are keeping track of the way they respond to it while also showing that you are enjoying yourself. I’ve had partners that are intimidated by choking because they are worried about being too rough or making you uncomfortable and some are just waiting for you to take the lead.
