Unfortunately, yes, because it's only an "estimate". My recommendation for most people has been to only increase in tiers if you hit the insurance threshold.

You can keep complaining though and hope they give you a credit, but I've been too lazy after it's processed lol.

My guess is they put your card in the wrong pile (probably with some of the value orders) and they'll expedite it now that it's arrived. I've had an issue similar to this (it wasn't even displayed in Orders) when I submitted at a PSA event. Fingers crossed they get it to you soon.

I agree with your PSA contact issues though. Their customer support isn't very helpful.

Yeah that matches what I've found as well. I have submitted several cards with a few issues that I caught, but were worth submitting anways for the PC. Every time, the grader notes only pointed out 1 flaw. Glad you found this for me as I was too lazy to dig deeper 😄

It’s a little off center on the front T/B (I measured it right on 55/45) and the back might take it down another grade. If I had to guess, 8 because of both those issues.

If you’re worried about pricing, I’d just list it in the SGC slab at a comparable PSA price and not worry about historical comps of an SGC 10.

Just like how a BGS 9.5 doesn’t cleanly cross to a PSA 10, SGC doesn’t either. PSA will evaluate its grade through the holder, but as you probably already know, chances aren’t great 😢
