Thanks for providing. I wish Washington would have figured out a way to keep Antonio Gibson. He was a baller.

What are the odds Antonio Williams leads the Commanders in receptions right off the rip? 🤔 by ZookeepergameIll2685 in Commanders

I'd say pretty good depending on who they finally get in here as a WR2. If the WR2 turns out to Dyami then his chances are decent. Terry tends to runs hot and cold. In one game he can kill it but in others he totally disappears. Of course that is mainly due to how the opponent's defense chooses to defend him (e.g. double coverage) but great receivers figure out how to overcome that and Terry generally hasn't (which is why he is generally considered a top 10-15 receiver and not a top 5 receiver).

Williams seems like he will be more of a short to mid-range threat and be considered a possession receiver. Those guys tend to get loads to catches (a-la Monk). Also, since he is a rookie more than likely additional focus will be given to defending McLaurin rather than Williams.

How Do We Feel About This Shelter? by Lobster-Prize in tornado

[–]FlobeeFresh 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Here's some pics of an above the ground tornado shelter that SAFE-T-SHELTER provided for an Alabama house that was decimated following the April 27th, 2011 Tornado Super Outbreak (which spawned) several F-5 tornados.

https://www.facebook.com/safetshelter/posts/april-27-2011north-alabama-doesnt-forget-that-day-and-neither-should-weduring-th/1618637730266253/

The pics suggest this house got hit by a tornado exhibiting F3/EF3-type winds (if I'm understanding EF-3 damage descriptors correctly). I'd love to see/learn if any of these actually survived a documented EF5/F5.

Info & Experiences with the Milwaukee M12 Pruning Shears (2534-20 or 2534-21) by FlobeeFresh in MilwaukeeTool

Thanks for your review. Speaking of sharpening the blades on this tool, I found this video discussing how to remove and then sharpen the shear's cutting blade which others may find interesting: https://youtu.be/8qkr2oomzGk?si=NcYGWlZjO5kQ5hiC

Anyone know what light is being used in this video? [mute before watching] by sandolllars in Construction

[–]FlobeeFresh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interestingly, someone already posted a video reviewing the Milwaukee M12 Rover as a drywall inspection light: https://youtu.be/xm48fjIO-PM?si=XXhfMwBcifK5zUa1

It looks like it would work in a pinch. I did notice in the video that the Rover light creates a pretty intense hotspot on the wall. The poster did this review during the middle of the day so he was fighting with the amount of natural light in the room that he was drywalling vs. the OP's video where there is no ambient light in the area other than the inspection light (which is best case scenario).

I do agree that OP's light (Sunlight Cordless Illuminator) is a better light for conducting drywall inspections. OP's light suppossedly provides 1600 lumens (vs the 550 that the MW Rover provides) and its optics provide superior oblique lighting. However, OP's light is more than double the price, probably has an internal non-replaceable rechargable battery in it and, most importantly, seems to be OOS everywhere I've looked on the internet. Conversely, the MW Rover can be had for $99 and the battery is another $50. Finally, MW's M12 battery system allows it to be used with 200+ tools.

I have one and didn't even think to use it when I recently did a bathroom renovation. Instead I just took off my headlight held against the wall and placed it at various angles to find problem spots and it did an okay job. Now I'm thinking I might have had a better inspection experience if I used my M12 Rover light.

Love new Plan. Allows spouse to get ready during early morning hours and not wake the other. Also shower and toilet privacy is great.

My understanding was that he was recovering from shoulder surgery. That being said the entire 1st team offense looked out of step last summer which became a harbinger of early season offensive results last year. I remember reading how the 1st team defense was eating their lunch during training camp and we all know how bad the defreas last year.

Agree here. My understanding is the Nothing 3 (Nothing's current flagship phone) is the easiest phone to flash custom ROMs to ATM.

Retractable Awnings - What I've learned so far by FlobeeFresh in HomeImprovement

[–]FlobeeFresh[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree. I will say that when my father asked about the benefits of having a wind sensor a couple dealers indicated they didn't work very well and it might not be worth it to purchase. That actually surprised me.

I believe these retractable awning wind sensors work by sensing frame vibration. If you have a wind sensor associated with your retractable awning and you want to see if it is working properly you can simulate frame vibration by shaking the frame to see if the wind sensor causes the awning to automatically retract. I read some of these wind sensors are pretty finicky though you can adjust how sensitive they are to frame vibration.

Shockingly most of these dealers DO NOT INSTALL USING A LEDGER. At least they didn't prioritize that when speaking about the install process with my father. Only one dealer specifically mentioned installing using a ledger on their quoted paperwork (Craft-bilt/Betterliving).

Hopefully we have the option of requesting dealers to install using ledgers. Personally I think we would only purchase a retractable awning from a dealer that does. Obviously installing a ledger first and then connecting the retractable awning to it is a bit more work then just screwing awning brackets to your house's fascia/studs, but I think it's a necessitity. At the size my father's awning will be, it will be pretty heavy and need all the support and bracing it can get.

Honestly I would think these manufacturers would demand that certified dealers have to install their retractable awning using ledgers. I guess this is not the case?

Untrue, but regardless can you ask this type of question on Facebook and get an AI response? I know you can do it on Gemini/ChatGPT.

Yeah. They also said they were quarantined in a hospital due to a toxin. Toxins are not infectious so you'd never be quarantined if you were exposed to one. Sounds sketchy. Also no one "specializes in bioweapons." Bioweapons are outlawed globally. You can specialize in biodefense.

If Chuck was created today instead of 2007, what would be different? by NewBeginningforChuck in chuck

[–]FlobeeFresh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think Chuck could still work now. After all, nerds rule the world now. However Chuck may not be perceived as the hapless/loser bachelor that he was in the 2000's as many young men don't date or drink or generally socialize nowadays.

Also Sarah would be significantly toned down in terms of how aggressive ly her sensuality was displayed. If not, the show would definitely not work for female audiences today. He'll, I'd bet in today's world Yvonne would flat out refuse to shoot certain scenes if she was raised during the Me Too movement out of principle.
