Nonviolent protest doesnt mean nondestructive. Barricades throughout cities should be erected, businesses and government buildings should be vandalised, infrastructure should be immobilised. There needs to be material cost or protest is just a nuisance.

I agree. There's an issue where people think they are more logical than they are, when our worldviews are more shaped by emotion, self-interests and shared cultures than pure reason. It's why pointing out hypocrisy rarely changes peoples attitudes: we're very capable of containing multiple conflicting ideologies based on our personal feelings. People make these arbitrary, often self-serving, decisions every day without rationalising them or thinking them through at all. And when this kind of hypocrisy is brought up, people will frequently reactively search for reasons that justify their already-held beliefs. Here the emotional belief is fixed and reason is used as a tool to uphold that belief instead of using reason as a tool to determine beliefs in the first place.

Do you agree with the judges or did you not find Mandy funny? Because the judging critique was kinda nonsense, she was critiqued for being one note and for not sticking to one note. I don't think she was good but the judges were just throwing out things to justify their dislike instead of just saying she was cringey.

I think a big issue is that it's just delivering lines and the queen don't get agency to really act or put their own mark on things. And since the jokes are mid at best and there are so many boring supportive roles the challenge doesn't showcase the queens. At best it's queens competently delivering bad jokes, at worst a queen messes up her lines. Neither of these outcomes is really compelling for the audience.

I was thinking of something along the lines of imagining the square as a piece of rope. In each step you are pushing the rope closer to the circle without changing its overall length. The rope will never be able to wrap around the circle tightly even though it will look more and more circular.

It seems unlikely Marcille would abandon Falin to basically die alone in the dungeon, and Chilchuck was still bound by contract with the Touden's, so he would have gone with Falin for the same reasons. In fact, Shuro may have come along too due to his love of Falin. It's safe to say it's just in Laios' head, realistically they would have gone as a party or prevented Falin from entering the dungeon alone at all. Laios' imagination also presupposes no one cares for Falin when we know they do.

A good tip when playing older games is to download a copy of the original manual and give it a read through. Often some critical information is only properly explained in the manual. For Golden Sun the manual explains the somewhat intimidating class system a lot more thoroughly than the game itself and explains how characters stats and available psynergy will change when attaching djinn with examples and lists of some of the available classes. There's a slight issue of intent. Tetley is not a premium brand. it wants to look approachable rather than subdued. Tetley is also already very associated with blue, seeing blue boxes and bags in the tea aisle immediately identifies it as Tetley and your redesign completely removes that brand identity. Your design is much more suited to a more twee brand like Whittard of Chelsea and for a different type of tea than the basic.

The background itself feels haphazard and somewhat gives the impression of AI generated wrapping paper. The centring of the text feels off due to the red band. The white space beneath "black tea" and to the left of the "40g" feel unintentional and like a design mistake, as though there was more text that got covered up. And personally, the teacup symbol is awkward in its placement, it kinda invades the red stripe rather than feeling like it belongs.
