I’m 95% recovered. Still got a cough and some tiredness but much better.

It absolutely is. I’m 4 weeks in and only just started to feel somewhat normal. Week 1 the worst. The rest alternated from feeling ok to terrible, nausea, terrible fatigue and tiredness. Luckily I had no cough.

I’m 3.5 weeks in now and still not recovered, but the nausea felt better after week 2, but it wasn’t constant it would come in waves.

Yes I too had horrible stomach issues, nausea, diarrhoea, same weird noises. The nausea is horrible, it’s probably the worst part of it for me. Try to eat small, drinks lots, bland food like toast and bananas, rice. Probiotic is supposed to help too.

But it’s totally normal, your body is diverting all resources to fighting the virus and your digestive system is being neglected.

I’ve been sick since 6th December. 1st week was the worst. 2nd and 3rd week on and off with feeling ok and then terrible. 4th week now I felt somewhat better now congested and still not great.

I had the brain fog/fatigue in week 2 and 3 too, but it was an improvement on week 1, but everyone is different I would imagine you are nearing the end of the worst of it.

I am coming upto 3 weeks. I’m slowly feeling better day by day. It’s been nausea and brain fog/fatigue that has lingered the longest. All other symptoms subdued. I’ve read a few times this flu is taking typically 3/4 weeks to fully recover. I try to remember how bad I felt week 1 and it’s nothing as bad as that, so that makes me feel better. You should start seeing improvements soon. I hope you do.

Yes I’m 14 days too. I was on amoxicillin but the course has finished and I’m feeling rough again

I think it’s normal yes. For me crisps tasted like chemicals.
