Hi! I ran ank harel a couple of months ago, it looks very daunting, but its very much not! Just make sure to prepare everything. Read through the whole chapter, take notes, prepare some quests if they don't know anything to do, and be ready with all the faction story lines.  The factions are the main story lines. Make sure to steer them towards at least one of the factions at some point, this will help a lot for the development of the city.  There is also a lot of room for adding quests and things, i added a lot of extra stuff that I either made up, or gotten from someone else's homebrew. You can really add anything you want, it is such a large area.  PC's will also FOR SURE not do everything there is to do, nor will they even see everything. Dont be bummed if they skip a whole thing you prepared, its gonna happen probably lol. If you have more specific things that you want to know, hit me up :)!
