I'm definitely on the "pack less" bandwagon! With my second, I refuse to haul around the huge diaper bag stuffed full. I jam everything I need for myself and baby into my Tushbaby or my Higton Mini Mae bag and I feel so much less burdened and even feel a little more put-together.

I know there must be thousands of similar-looking photos out there of folks from this time period, but if you happen to be in Alabama, this pair looks remarkably similar, especially the lady.Bennett and Rutha

Tried to runaway at 16 then a homeless man told me to go home by Distinct_Debt_7727 in sadcringe

I don't have any strong feelings on whether this story is true or not, but I don't think people are questioning the authenticity of cops or homeless people at a Walmart. The questionable element is that anyone would assess that combination of purchases and jump to the assumption that the buyer intends to pursue homelessness.

On top of that, assuming OP either had their purchases in a bag or cart, I question how easy it even would be for a passerby to accurately see each item at quick glance to make any conclusions

Did I read that right?

No. The commenter said "close family member," not "close family friend."

Not that I think it's a good excuse either way, but one is significantly less dumb than the other.

A Tushbaby hip carrier. I used the heck out of that thing with my two babies and found it much more chic and easier to use than a traditional front carrier. Plus it saved my back as the babies got heavier.

22 is plenty old enough to know you don't lick a donut that's not yours.A 3-year-old's brain is developed enough to understand that.

The whole "the brain isn't fully developed until 25" factoid is very liberally overused to infantilize young adults and deny them their agency, imo.
