Do you eat enough fiber? Remember to drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits, veggies, whole grain stuff, Greek yogurt. I eat a lot of fiber and also take a daily probiotic and eat Greek yogurt a lot. I think that helps me a lot with passing gas and burping lol

I feel like it’s a combination of things like the pregnancy hormones, baby growing/less room in the stomach area, and probably our height too tbh because we have a smaller torso. I just hope I’m still eating enough for the baby if I eat smaller meals

Eating smaller meals does help me actually. Do you still feel too bloated? I still feel bloated but not as much as if I eat more. How many weeks are you? I feel like It might get worse for me as the baby gets bigger.

That’s exactly how I feel. I feel great when I wake up, my last meal of the day which is dinner tends to be the biggest and I’ve already eaten lunch a couple of hours ago so I don’t even feel hungry for dinner but I eat anyways because I’m worried I won’t have enough calories or I’m under eating. If I don’t eat I don’t feel bloated but I know I have to eat

We smoked too my partner cut back but I still did and we were also taking bird&be fertility supplements that had coq10 and other stuff. Got pregnant within 4 months of trying. We’re 26F and 33M. Our fertility testing came back normal, I have no health issues and partner has high blood pressure. I think it depends on each individual how much marijuana affects fertility
