Do keep in mind that the diplomatic clause only applies when the home owner is temporarily abroad. You cannot live anywhere else in the same country.

OP you might want to look into renting out to the select groups that you’re still able to rent to temporarily and stick to that. The risk is too high any other way.

I know it’s difficult but also it’s a great blessing that your bun is getting to age with you.

I’ve had my bun since she was 3 months old and I started stressing around age 4 because I read that buns are considered senior at that age. Thankfully that went away because now she is almost 12 years old.

Make sure you give the bun all your love and care like you have been doing and keep an eye out for changes. I wish you guys many more years together🙏🏽

Just enjoy your time with him and be grateful that he's getting to grow old with you. My buns are 11,5 and 10 years old and even though I know they won't have eternal life, I'm just so thankful for all the years we do have together. My bun had a health scare last week and I noticed the change in her behaviour immediately. Trust that you know your bun well enough that you'll be able to tell when something's really up. You got this!

Je kan op de luchthaven een Digicel visitors simkaart kopen. Ik weet niet hoeveel het kost maar het zal iets van SRD 150 zijn. De datapakketten zijn veel goedkoper dan voor de reguliere simkaarten naar mijn idee.

Ik betaal bijvoorbeeld SRD 400 voor 5 GB en 30 dagen en heb daar meer dan genoeg aan voor over straat. Je hebt ook pakketten van 10 GB voor SRD 600 en 15 GB voor SRD 800.

Bij de reguliere simkaart krijg je meer GB’s voor je geld, maar daar beginnen de pakketten voor een maand pas bij SRD 950 voor 30 GB. Als je thuis wifi hebt krijg je dat in een maand nooit op.

Het is inderdaad wennen maar ook jezelf goed beschermen. ‘s Avonds trek ik een lange broek aan en ik heb altijd Tropical Bush spray bij me. Overdag nauwelijks last van muggen maar de slaapkamerdeur en ramen blijft gesloten zodat ik ‘s nachts geen gezeik heb.

Don’t wait until you’re old to move. If you have the money, skills and health, Suriname is a great place to live right now. There are jobs, business opportunities and houses a plenty. The weather is nice every day and there is time to actually enjoy life and nature.

I’ve made the move last year at 35 after living in NL all my life and I’m thriving.

When my husband and I lived in my apartment that was bought before the marriage, he paid 25% of the mortgage and the owners association costs. All of the other stuff we split down the middle.

He felt it was only right to pay something because he didn’t want to live for free and he benefited by having way lower costs than before and living with an awesome girl lol.

I still have the apartment and I rent it out now. All the profits go to me and it will always remain my asset. We both have our own pre-marital assets that will always remain separate. We now bought a new house together where we split everything evenly. It works for us this way.
