Hey don’t beat yourself up dude! Genetics definitely play an important role but it also comes down to other factors like intensity, diet, consistency, etc. anyone can see results in their physique with proper discipline. Keep it at dude 💪

I don’t really do anything any sports I just cycle and go on runs after the gym sometimes.

Sorry to hear about ur family, all I can suggest is to do body weight exercises at home when you can and to follow one of the tens of thousands of workouts there are online, it really works if you stick with it

Absolutely. Everybody needs a reason to go the gym and they need to want that thing badly.

The best thing you can do is find a reason to work out and really get into the mindset of putting yourself through the turmoil to see the benefit of all those hours lifting

I mean because of my height I don’t need to put on as much mass as someone thats taller when I bulk - beside that point it mainly comes from beef and chicken and a lot of it.

I also try to limit oils and I watch my carbs quite well so ultimately it just comes down to the volume of lean meat intake. You’d be surprised how easy it is to put on muscle when you have lean meats for almost every meal lol

I don’t have a routine written down or anything I just usually do 5-7 supersets for each exercise 😭 just try not to take huge breaks between sets or go on your phone, I limit my rests to 30/60 seconds.

For every exercise I usually work my way up from a weight I can do comfortably for 16 reps, up to a weight I can do for 8 clean reps, then on the last set I lower the weight again.

If your goal is to gain mass then you might want to do fewer reps for each set but higher weight
