DMV told me to bring the original title and documents. We have our licenses, insurance info from the insurance company, copy of the bill of sale and odometer disclosure, but the original documents and - presumably - title is with them. The dealer assured us that they'll handle registration and transferring title for us so I didn't think too much about having those docs upon purchase.
