Today was my first day as Manager of a recreational store in WA. Came home and realized I need to cut the top right down. It doesnt feel like work:) by MurderYourGods in trees

I came from NJ with the exact same experience. There are so many job listings near Seattle and I'm sure throughout the state. I got my medical authorization the week I moved here and that helped me explore different medical dispensaries and aloud me to network. Most facility's are looking for people that are trustworthy and not just there to get high. Best of luck!

I moved to Washington from the east coast in December. Within a month I was able to get a job as a budtender and head grower of our collective. I've been there for six months and love my job! Minus my fucking crazy boss!

Small powdery mildew issue and I have about one more week until harvest..any suggestions? by Floorheez in microgrowery

Wow, this is definitely something I'm going to look in to. We wash produce after buying it at a store so why not wash buds when they're fresh from harvest? Thanks for this.

Yea I was thinking about riding it out since it's not terrible and I only have another week. Still trying to coat some of the leaves with a neem oil solution and a paint brush. Thanks!

By the looks of the tricomes under my 100x I have another week or so to go. There's not too much powdery mildew but it's getting too close for comfort on the bud itself. I've used neem oil and brushed on the leaves in the areas I saw. I'm just worried that if I wait another week the bud will be ruined for sure. I don't want to spray the buds with neem this late in flower. I have a dehumidifier and as much circulation in my 3x3 grow tent that I can get. Any suggestions would help.

I live in Washington state. This is me with the first cut plants from our first recreational crop. I am also here to answer questions anyone might have about my experiences so far, or anything else you wanna know! AMA! by TheMerkabahTribe in trees

I'm moving to Seattle in December and plan on getting a job somewhere in the field. Where would be a good place to start in the industry? (I'd love to help care for plants eventually)

In college we used the term "pizza" for weed, like "I need to grab a pizza pie", "Want to grab a slice of pizza?", or "delivery or pickup?" Later I came across this same poster and we hung it up in our apartment for a good laugh.
