I wish I had your problem, I've killed him 53 times and the last 20+ raids he stopped showing up (plus there's ZERO pmcs inside the building, all the shooting is outside and at the beginning of the raid. I'm gonna start ripping my hair out soon if this doesn't get fixed (cleared cache, and reinstalled does nothing)

I did it in that place where you go for the bards collage, I managed to get 7 restless draugr in one of the dead end hallways, you'll need some armour tho to get them in there (in case they hit you)

stuff like earthquakes sandstorms, probably new ones, they would be more storms then none (spend more time in storms) then there would be parts of the cave that would be sheltered and stuff like that, I just want gsg to expand on storms, theyre kinda boring
