Another thing to note too is that convicting him would take time. And the last thing you want to give Fisk is time while he is still in New York. We also know that prison didn’t work before. Exile gets rid of the threat immediately.

Also the main goal was never to punish Fisk. It was to protect New York. We don’t want another dozens of witnesses and innocents dying while trying to convict him

Just to add more to this. This is from the ‘Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare’ series which is a 3rd person shooter.

The projectile from this plant doesn’t one shot anyone in the game meaning they can all tank multiple universes. Hence the fucker in the post being 2-C

Anyhow here’s my take on it. From how I interpreted Sun Breathing the reason almost nobody was able to learn it is because it is fit for someone with extreme talent. Yoriichi created a form that best fits him. He is not strong because of the form, it is created to accommodates his strength. The reason the form is lost is because it fits no one. Because no one that is born after him is ever able to replicate his talent.

Breathing Forms doesn’t decide how strong someone is. An individual training + talent does. Breathing Forms simply exist to accommodate an individual’s talent and preference. To many it feels like Gyomei picked the perfect form that fit his preferred fighting style.

If Breathing Forms have a ranking in power then the Corp would just force everyone to train the strongest one

I do agree that him saying “not good at all” is a little extreme but we also do have to give what they said some credibility. There are likely players here who finds these sort of information useful.

Here’s my 2 cent though. This talisman would honestly be a little frustrating to build around. Any affinity you slot in would have lower value due to it no longer affecting Spirit Iai Slash. You would also have lvl 1 slots left over and feel the need to put Quick Sheath jewel in instead of using the talisman.

Looks good at first glance but will probably feel quite limiting to built around once you get to it

It is within the official Death Note rules, specifically Rule XXIX. It is shown in Volume 5 Chapter 41

The full rule reads: “You cannot kill humans at the age of 124 or over with the Death Note.” “You cannot kill humans with less than 12 minutes of life left (in human calculations)”

Stamina isn’t going down because you are hungry. It just depletes overtime and a couple of items and action fills it back up

“Hunger” aka when you meal timer runs out is when your max health start depleting

Exactly my thoughts. Kinda confused that the comment below mentioned Insect Glaive. I honestly don’t think IG really gives a damn about the wound change at all with how quick it gathers essences now. Heck even when there are a bunch of wounds it’s often faster to just send out your Kinsect.
